By using the services of Wrap Factory ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms:
Services
Wrap Factory provides vehicle wrap installation, removal, window tinting, paint protection film, and related design services. All estimates are based on vehicle measurements and selected materials. Final pricing may vary if vehicle condition or scope changes upon inspection.
Deposits & Payment
A $500 deposit is required to book your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Design fees are $500 flat (3 concepts + revisions) or $85/hour (1-hour minimum). Remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be delivered clean and free of major paint damage. Wrap Factory is not responsible for pre-existing paint defects, rust, or damage revealed upon removal of existing wraps or trim. We reserve the right to decline service on vehicles in poor condition.
Warranty
All installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty covering peeling, lifting, or bubbling under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, pressure washing, automated car washes, or improper care. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
Liability
Wrap Factory's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
SMS/Text Message Policy
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Wrap Factory related to your quote, appointment, and service status.
- Opt-in: Consent is obtained when you provide your phone number via our website form, in-person intake form, or verbally during a phone inquiry.
- Message types: Quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, service status updates, and replies to your inquiries. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per service interaction.
- Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may also call 913-667-3010 or email wrapfactory@gmail.com to opt out.
- Help: Text HELP for assistance and contact information.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. Wrap Factory is not responsible for carrier charges.
Cancellations & Scheduling
Appointments require 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Intellectual Property
Custom designs created by Wrap Factory remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive a license to use the design on their vehicle(s) as installed.
Modifications
Wrap Factory reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
